Who is Destri?
I was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia and moved to the United States in 1999 to pursue my bachelor degree in Graphic Design from Iowa State University (ISU).
I love colors. I love chasing kids and making them giggle and laugh. Capturing their real spirit during their happy moments is my goal.
I will do my best to make sure your photo session time is full of fun, painless and free of meltdowns .
my mission statement
I believe that even though yes my equipment are expensive and yes my time is valuable, people still deserve a decent quality photographs.
I believe everyone should be able to get a decent pictures with an affordable price.
I believe in prints.. but I don’t believe in holding back people’s files so that’s why I sell both CD and prints.
I believe that people not supposed to wait for months till they get their images back. Call me crazy but I can get your pictures done within a week.
I don’t see clients as my source income, I see them as people who wants me to capture their precious moment.
Yes, I know I’m underprice... why? because I do what I love and I hate to loose my clients because people think I have to increase my price. if you think I’m underprice… just give me tips.
